1 Introduction

ph656 is an online gaming platform operated for and primarily serving players in the Republic of the Philippines. ph656 offers a comprehensive range of online gaming products including, but not limited to, online slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, online bingo, electronic sabong, and electronic sports (e-sports) wagering.

ph656 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for the licensing and regulation of gaming in the Philippines. Compliance with PAGCOR regulations is a continuing obligation of ph656, and these Terms reflect the requirements imposed by that regulatory framework.

These Terms, together with ph656's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between ph656 and each registered Member. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a ph656 account, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not have a currently active self-exclusion order on file with ph656 or any relevant gaming regulator;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph656 or any of its affiliated game providers (except where permitted by applicable gaming regulations);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration and throughout your membership.

ph656 verifies age and identity through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and other government-issued photo identification documents accepted under PAGCOR guidelines.

ph656 reserves the right to suspend any account pending completion of KYC verification, to request additional documentation at any time, and to permanently close accounts where eligibility requirements cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified eligibility may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with ph656. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph656 uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph656 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph656 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. You agree to notify ph656 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph656 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. ph656 staff will never request your password — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph656 support.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to ph656 during registration and thereafter is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your account information to reflect any changes. ph656 relies on the accuracy of account information for regulatory compliance, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Currency

All ph656 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP. No foreign currency conversion is performed by ph656. You are responsible for any foreign currency conversion costs imposed by your payment provider if you initiate transactions from a foreign-currency account.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

ph656 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph656 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed, and the relevant ph656 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your ph656 account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available cash balance (exclusive of locked bonus funds); (c) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name; and (d) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived balances become withdrawable.

5.2 Processing Times

ph656 targets a GCash withdrawal processing time of approximately three (3) minutes for standard amounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's infrastructure, the time of request, transaction volume on the ph656 platform, and any security review requirements. ph656 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

ph656 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal amounts. Your payment provider may impose fees according to their own fee schedule, which are outside ph656's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

ph656 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to conduct enhanced verification reviews prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly in cases involving: first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, recently changed account details, or unusual account activity patterns. ph656 may place a hold on a withdrawal request during the review period. If the review reveals a breach of these Terms, the withdrawal may be refused and the account may be suspended.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph656 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all ph656 bonuses unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15× to 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting contributions are governed by the sportsbook terms. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Abuse Prevention: ph656 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion in cases where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors, collusion, or violation of these Terms. Suspected bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and suspension of the account.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the conditions specified in the individual promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game-specific wagering, and account verification status.

ph656 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by ph656 are final.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph656 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules governing each individual game (including paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and bet limits) are determined by the respective game providers and are subject to independent testing and certification by accredited gaming test laboratories.

ph656 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games. The RNG systems used by ph656's game providers are independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation. Published RTP percentages reflect the certified long-term theoretical return and are not a guarantee of any individual player's results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a gaming session, ph656's policy is as follows: (a) if the technical error prevents a game round from completing as intended, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account; (b) if the error occurs after a game round has been validly completed, the outcome of that completed round stands; (c) if an error results in an incorrect payout that exceeds the correct payout by ₱1,000 or more, ph656 reserves the right to recover the overpayment from the player's account. Technical malfunction decisions are final.

Bets placed on outcomes already known to both parties, use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools, and any form of collusion between players are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud under these Terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph656 Members through their account settings at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Configure periodic pop-up reminders displaying time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period up to 6 months. During a cool-off period, you may not access the gaming features of your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ph656 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, ph656 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing gaming features. Self-exclusion periods may have a minimum term of 6 months and may be made permanent. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed by request.

ph656 strongly encourages any Member who believes they may be experiencing problem gambling to make use of these tools immediately. You must be at least 21 years of age to hold a ph656 account, and ph656 enforces this requirement strictly through KYC verification. Gaming should be treated as entertainment — never as a source of income or as a solution to financial problems.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph656 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to ph656 at any time;
• Registering more than one account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, circumvent security systems, or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with ph656 employees;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events with foreknowledge of the outcome;
• Conducting money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ph656 platform;
• Accessing the ph656 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your ph656 account;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward ph656 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate ph656 transactions through your payment provider.

ph656 employs fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and identity verification systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ph656 may immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, share relevant information with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities, and pursue civil or criminal remedies available under Philippine law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph656 platform — including but not limited to the ph656 name, logo, design elements, software, game content (where licensed from third-party providers), text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of ph656 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph656 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any ph656 content without the prior written consent of ph656.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph656 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering an account with ph656, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the ph656 Privacy Policy, including account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and where applicable, responsible gaming interventions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• ph656 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform;
• ph656 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the ph656 platform, even if ph656 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• ph656's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, to the extent not otherwise excluded, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to ph656 in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim;
• ph656 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph656's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ph656 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Detection of a duplicate account;
• The Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion;
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to dormancy procedures);
• Any other circumstance in which ph656 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that maintaining the account would be contrary to applicable law, regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming principles.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than material breach by the Member, ph656 will return any genuine cash balance (exclusive of locked bonus funds) to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period after the closure decision.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ph656 platform, you should contact ph656 customer support in the first instance via the live chat feature available on the ph656 website. ph656 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph656's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints mechanism. ph656 is required to cooperate with PAGCOR in the investigation and resolution of any player complaint escalated to PAGCOR.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to the mandatory dispute resolution processes established by PAGCOR.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph656 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via notification on the ph656 platform or via SMS to the registered mobile number. Continued use of the ph656 platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Where an amendment is required to comply with a change in PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, ph656 may implement the change with immediate effect and without prior notice. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without notification.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Law), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended (PAGCOR Charter), and the regulations, circulars, and licensing conditions issued by PAGCOR from time to time.
